Our Commitment to You
I was asked this question countless times when I accepted the position as Chief Executive Officer at Lakeview Hospital. “Because of the people,” I would reply. “The moment I stepped foot inside the doors at Lakeview Hospital, I knew there were good people here taking good care of good people—friends, family, and neighbors.”
Three years into my tenure, I maintain that same belief. It has been through changes in processes, investments in patient safety, and expansion of services that have simply enhanced the care giving provided by the good people of Lakeview Hospital.
By most accounts, the changes we have made are working.
We earned the Gold Seal of Approval by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations.
For the past two years, our Orthopedic Joint Replacement program has been nationally ranked.
We have solid contracts and good relationships with most every major employer in the region—meaning your family can easily access our care.
Surveys by a nationally-recognized independent research organization report 98% and above patient satisfaction scores from our patients.
And, Lakeview Hospital won the HealthInsight Quality Award for three consecutive years—the only hospital in Utah to do so.
I know what great care we give, but I wonder, do patients see the difference in us? Do they see the ways in which we have changed for the better? Do they recognize our Commitment to Caring? It turns out they do.
