Lakeview Hospital’s H2U membership program is designed to meet the unique wellness and preventative health needs of adults surrounding Davis County and beyond. With health programs, publications and interactive online tools, H2U empowers members to manage their health and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
Become An H2U Member Today
H2U annual membership fees are only $20. Members may also renew for several years rather than a year at a time. Early renewals extend membership 12-24 months beyond the expiration date. Two members in the same family may join for $35 instead of $40 dollars.
