Living with diabetes doesn't have to be difficult. With important information provided by our Certified Diabetes Educators, you can learn to best manage your blood glucose levels and a healthy diet.

Accredited by the American Association of Diabetes Educators and the Utah Diabetes Prevention and Control Program, we provide diabetes self-management education. Our services include:

Free Diabetes Community Lecture and Support Group

First floor, Community Classroom
Wednesdays @ 7:00 p.m.

Lecture will be presented first with support group meeting after. All lecture topics will be diabetes related, given by professionals in the field.
