The Lakeview Pain Center's team of professionals will evaluate your condition, and recommend treatment options to help you manage your pain and get you back to an active and fulfilling life. We provide customized services to provide the best care, experience, and outcomes unique to your needs.

We are open Monday - Thursday from 12:00pm-4:30 pm, and on Fridays from 8:00am-4:30pm.

Our Location

Visiting the Lakeview Hospital Pain Clinic for the first time? We are located on the campus of Lakeview Hospital at 520 East Medical Drive, Suite 220 in Bountiful.

Exit I-15 at exit 316 (500 South in Bountiful) and travel east approximately 1.5 miles. Turn north on Medical Drive. Lakeview Hospital is located on your left. Our clinic is on the second floor of the 520 East building, which is directly west of the Lakeview Hospital.
